This consent form has been prepared as an annex and an integral part of your existing employment contract with you within the scope of the processing, storage and sharing of "Personal Data" of natural persons regulated by Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (Law No. 6698).
Within the scope of this Consent Form and Law No. 6698, "Personal Data" shall mean all kinds of current information, including your information in the job application form and in your personnel file since your employment within the scope of the employment contract. This information may be obtained in written, verbal, audio, video or electronic media.
Our Company has the title of "Data Controller" as defined in Law No. 6698. As the data controller, it states that Personal Data will be processed, recorded, stored, stored, maintained, updated and transferred when necessary, and in this context, we hereby declare that any action to be taken on Personal Data by our company and Group Companies, affiliated companies, consultants, shareholders or solution partners and other relevant persons will be considered as personal data processing. Our Company processes your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations under the Labor Law No. 4857, General Health and Social Insurance Law No. 5510 and Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety, as well as all relevant national and international legislation and secondary regulations published by the competent authorities (Social Security Institution, Directorate of Labor and İŞ-KUR, relevant Ministries, etc.).
